TA Specialist – Operations and Infrastructure will be responsible for implementing systems that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team in an organization that is experiencing rapid growth.

Success In This Role Entails:

  • Optimizing the use of iCIMS ATS, CRM and other sourcing and engagement tools and platforms.
  • Developing metrics and dashboards for business reporting to include reports viewed by Executive leadership and Members of the Board. Develop reports that make it easy to visualize results and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Develop and iterate dashboards, metrics, and KPI’s to communicate real-time analytics and accurate data, generate insights, and inform the narrative about the effectiveness of TA approaches and programs.
  • Support product evaluations and recommend new technology that will advance the operations of the TA org.
  • Working closely with TA leaders, HR leaders and hiring leaders and teams to drive the use of iCIMS and other TA tools.
  • Focus on improving the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers and the TA team.
  • Manage TA vendors to understand utilization, best practices and future offerings and developing the best technology strategy to synergize ATS, CRM, job boards/sites and other recruitment tools.
  • Continuously evaluate the TA tech landscape, understanding offerings and developing practical applications that will improve the TA operation.
  • Lead technology and process optimization and change management, identifying key learning and development opportunities for appropriate stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts for key stakeholders and customers of the TA organization.


MUST HAVES

  • 2 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience contributing to or leading Talent Acquisition CRM & ATS decisions, implementations, and optimizations. Previous experience with iCIMS ATS strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing new processes or approaches to continuously improve results.
  • Proven record in managing change in a fast-paced environment by leading and energizing others and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop efficient workflows.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to provide solutions to challenges and problems as they arise.
  • Ability to effectively partner and influence multiple stakeholders to include senior TA/HR/Business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Technology, Psychology, Law, Business or Human Resources.
  • US citizenship required.
